The customer is responsible for shipping the product to the RMA office at their own expense and risk. Ant Esports is not responsible if the product is damaged or lost in transit.

All manufacturing defects and electronic defects are covered under warranty with exceptions to physical and cosmetic damage. Please visit Link for more details.
