Cancellation Policy

  1. Ant Esports will only process a cancellation if the request is raised within 24-Hours of the order being placed.
  2. Ant Esports does not accept cancellation requests for preorder items.
  3. In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 48 hours of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.
  4. In case of complaints regarding products that come with a warranty from manufacturers, please refer the issue to them.

Return / Refund Policy

  1. Ant Esports does not accept returns under any circumstances.
  2. Refunds are only processed for orders which are cancelled within 24-Hours of their being placed.
  3. It usually takes around 5-7 Business days for the refunded amount to reflect in the buyer’s account after the refund is initiated.
  4. If the payment was made through our payment gateway then it will be refunded in the same account by which the payment was done, in the case of BANK TRANSFER and COD orders refunds will be done only in the buyer’s bank account. Refunds usually take 7-10 working days to reflect in your account.

Do I have to bear the shipping charges?

No Ant Esports provides free pick and drop service to all our customers. Just keep your product packed and ready along with a hard copy of the declaration form once your warranty claim is approved.
