Warranty Policy

  1. 1. Kindly mention your ticket no. on the shipping label before it is dispatched to us.
  2. 2. The product needs to be properly packed ensuring the product is intact and shouldn’t get damaged during transit.
  3. 3. Ant Esports will not be liable in case of any damage caused to the product in transit.
  4. 4. The products will not be considered under warranty if the product is found to be tampered with, has liquid damage in form of oxidation on the PCB etc and acts of God. Ant Esports will not be liable for any kind of repair/replacement of the product. Pickup + return + service charges will be applicable on the same.
  5. 5. If the products serial number label is found to be tampered or removed, the product will be considered out of warranty.
  6. 6. Cosmetic damage, minor cosmetic abnormalities (including minor pixel abnormalities) and normal wear and tear, including (without limitation), scratches, dents and chips will not be covered under warranty.
  7. 7. If the product is found to have been used with accessories not made or authorized by Ant Esports or any unauthorized repair or modification is done on the products then warranty would be considered void on immediate basis.
  8. 8. Upon receiving the product, if the service team does not find any issue with the product, the return courier charges will have to be borne by the customer.
  9. 9. Warranty is only provided for the product itself and not for its compatibility to any specific model of external device like PC, Mobiles, Tablets, Consoles etc. Product will be considered working if it performs as expected with any generic device.
  10. 10. Acceptance of repaired/replaced/returned products – Ant Esports will not be responsible if the customer does not accept the parcel at the time of delivery. Only 2 delivery attempts will be done in case the first delivery is failed. The package may be disposed off if remained uncollected.

Do I have to bear the shipping charges?

No Ant Esports provides free pick and drop service to all our customers. Just keep your product packed and ready along with a hard copy of the declaration form once your warranty claim is approved.
